Rhys was raised in the town of Burton-On-Trent and trained in Musical Theatre at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

When he’s not acting, he enjoys making cocktails, writing and playing football. He is also a huge film fan and especially loves the work of his favourite actor Jake Gyllenhaal, Canadian filmmaker Denis Villeneuve and his hometown hero Paddy Considine.

‘Zog’ marks his professional stage debut.
